The Caldwell Award is an award to honor a local leader who has shown outstanding dedication and commitment to our cause. This award gives us the opportunity to shine a spotlight on a local volunteer who might otherwise not receive this type of honor. Despite a chilly wet start, TEAM HRC walked the 5K with hundres of others to raise funds and awareness for those living with HIV/AIDS. We are still waiting a final count, but we are estimating the team raised approximately $4000!! Read More »
DFW residents Jim Harrison, Vanessa Benavides, and Nancy Caldwell were elected to Human Rights Campaign's National Board of Governors over the weekend at HRC Board meetings in Washington, D.C. HRC's Board of Governors manage the organization's local outreach nationwide. They help to build HRC's membership and maintain relationships with local communities. Read More »
Many thanks to the HRC volunteers who assisted last night with Black Tie Dinner. HRC volunteers unloaded truck loads of lighting/sound equiment and silent auction items! Volunteers also unpacked, broke down boxes, sorted and set up slient auction items!! HRC volunteers stepped up to show our appreciation as one of Black Tie Dinner's beneficiaries!!
